LUDINGTON PICKLEBALL CLASSIC 2025 ------- September 5th, 6th and 7th, 2025
We are so happy to have you join us in Ludington, Michigan for annual September tournament.
Each morning player registration begins at 7:30am and will continue throughout the day as players arrive. All check-in registrations need to be completed 30-45 minutes prior to the time you are to play. Warm up time will begin at 8:00am. Play will begin at 9:00am. There will be last minute announcements at 8:50am.
Ludington Pickleball Classic follows USAPA rules. (See USAPA .ORG website.)
Age is determined as of December 31, 2025.
This is a Round Robin tournament with at least 4 guaranteed matches. In the skill/age grouped doubles, partners with different skill levels will play at the higher partner’s skill level. Youngest partner will determine age bracket within the skill level. Men's Doubles play on Friday, September 5, 2025. Mixed Doubles play on Saturday, September 6, 2025. Women's Doubles play on Sunday, September 7, 2025.
All play begins at 9:00 am. You should arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your play event as start times could change depending on length of play of previous games. All start times are subject to change and events might be merged or split based on event registration.
Tournament Ball: USAPA tournament approved balls will be provided. The Franklin X-40 Pickleball will be used for this tournament.

Players will receive a free T-shirt with their registration. They are unisex and moisture wicking T-Shirts. The SIZE CHART below is according to the manufacturer and the measurements are in inches.

FOOD: 10 Spot Food Trucks will be serving a variety of food items each day during the tournament.
Ludington Pickleball Club will have coffee available for players and spectators (money donations accepted). The Ludington Pickleball Classic will provide bottled water, food bars, and fruit gummies for registered players.
DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED at the ORIOLE FIELD COMPLEX unless it is a service dog. Please bring necessary documentation. This is a Ludington Area School Policy and City Ordinance that must be followed.
PARKING: Parking is allowed inside the Oriole Field Complex. Parking is allowed on the surrounding streets. Please be sure that you DO NOT block any driveways and DO NOT park on lawns. We want to keep our neighbors happy.
LOCATION: Ludington Area Pickleball Courts are located in Ludington, Michigan at the Oriole Field Complex at the intersection of Tinkham Avenue and Gaylord Avenue.
