Major League Pickleball (MLPA) is an innovative coed team league, featuring 28 teams across three levels - Premier and Challenger + Masters. Professional players are drafted to teams, competing across in season events and Playoffs. The 2025 season will consist of a total (6) six events.
1. Five (5) regular season events (April - October)
2. 2025 MLPA Finals (November)
Teams compete under rules specific to MLP (MLPlay™ Rules), including rally scoring , and tiebreakers known as DreamBreakers™. Every Match between teams consists of four (4) Games: Women’s Doubles, Men’s Doubles, and two (2) Mixed Doubles Games. If teams are tied after these four (4) Games, an innovative DreamBreaker™ is played.
For the 2025 MLPA season, sixteen (12) teams will compete in the Premier Level and eight (8) in the Challenger and Masters Level. All teams consist of four (4) players, two (2) men and two (2) women.
