The tournament committee reserves the right to modify the play format, including merging divisions, adjusting brackets, match structures, and start times as necessary to ensure fair and competitive play. We make every effort not to move from the advertised format and times, but it may not always be possible based upon the number of teams that sign up in each division. Changes may be made based on registration numbers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

The number of teams registering will be closely monitored, and the tournament director may adjust the team cap based on event demand.
Each event will have a round-robin format and a medal round for the top teams. The number of teams advancing to the medal round will depend on overall participation, and each team will be guaranteed a minimum of six games.
