The event will use a Round Robin format, with the top two scoring teams from each pool advancing to the semifinals (win =3 pts, Draw = 1 pt Loss = 0). Semifinal matchups will be cross‑over, with the first‑place team from one pool playing the second‑place team from the other. The winners of the semifinals will advance to the final to compete for 1st and 2nd place, while the losing teams will play off for 3rd place. Games will be played to 11 points, win by 2, or to a maximum of 11 minutes—whichever occurs first. Finals will play to 15 pts win by 2 or to a maximum of 15 minutes. Byes will be determined based on the number of teams entered. All games are expected to be completed within a 3‑hour timeframe. Players must arrive on time, as all games are timed. Late arrivals may forfeit their position in the event. If all 16 team spots are filled, each team will be guaranteed seven games before the semifinals.
