Men's and Women's Doubles - Saturday, October 26, 2024

The Pickle Bar is a restaurant, retail and recreation concept that combines the sport of pickleball with delicious options to choose from at a southern-inspired restaurant and sports bar.

Spanning over 40,000 sq/ft, the Pickle Bar includes a casual restaurant and bar, 9 outdoor pickleball courts (4 covered and 5 uncovered), a game yard and a stage, creating a concept like no other! Even if you aren't playing in the MONSTER MASH & BASH, this is a FANTASTIC place to eat, socialize, and watch pickleball!

Please check-in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. In addition, if courts are available and everyone has checked in, we may begin subsequent events earlier than scheduled. Court assignments will be sent out via text messaging on the day of each event.

The brackets and playing schedules for all events are available by clicking on the “Events/Brackets” button on PickleballBrackets.com. Brackets and possibly playing times are subject to change up until playing time, so check back often.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Format of play will be round robin. Medal rounds may follow the round robin play, depending on the size of the bracket.

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be based on the original division and not the combined bracket. Brackets will be combined by age if possible to avoid combining skills.

Cancellation deadline is 12pm, OCTOBER 5, 2024. No refunds for any reason after that date. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $15 administration fee. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.

This is an outdoor tournament. There are no refunds for weather related cancellations. Every effort will be made to complete the tournament or reschedule weather isn't conducive to operate tournament. We will make every effort to complete all events. Tournament Director reserves the right to change format, shorten games, or make any other changes they feel will help complete the event.

Players who do not show up for their event and fail to notify the tournament director prior OR leave the event without notifying the tournament director after it has started are subject to a $25 fine. The fine must be paid before registering for any other Southern Pickleball events.

ALL REFUNDS will be sent within 7 days after the tournament is completed.
