There is a "Registration Fee" of $30 plus a "Fee for each event" of $25 plus a $5 pbbrackets fee per event.
THIS IS A MIXED DOUBLES ONLY EVENT ON SUNDAY MARCH 15. It is a makeup for Jan. 25 but open for new teams as well.
Event times will be sent out on Monday March 9. Be prepared to start any time between 10 AM and 3:30 PM. Events normally finish within 3 hours of starting.

REFUND POLICY:
* Refunds for NEW REGISTRATIONS for Mixed March 15 (those who were not already signed up for the Jan event) will be given minus $10 for fees up to the registration deadline. After deadline, no refunds for withdraws.
* Refunds for those who were previously signed up for Jan. 25: If you withdraw before Feb. 8, you will receive your costs for the Sunday mixed minus $10 for fees and expenses we incur. No refunds for withdraws after Feb. 8.
* If the tournament is canceled again, for a reason outside of our control, your costs will be refunded minus $10 for fees and expenses we incur.

Events with 12 teams....Gold pays $500, Silver $300, Bronze $200
* When an event other than Open fills up, we may open another event in that age/skill if we have room for it, so join the waitlist if the event is full.

DETAILS:
1. This tournament is NOT sanctioned. You do not have to be a USAPA member, so you do not have to pay any extra fees! All results will go to DUPR.
2. You can self rate at any level. You can always "play up" but players should not self rate lower than actual ability level.
LOCATION:
This tournament will be held in the state-of-the-art University of Mary Washington tennis facility (University Tennis Center, 1200 Hanover St, Fredericksburg, VA 22401).
There is plenty of space for play, spacious hallways and an upper deck area for the best views overlooking all the courts. Chairs are not permitted on the courts. There are benches alongside the courts for players/limited spectators/coaches. There will be 12 courts with a combination of temporary durable “pro-grade” nets and temporary portable nets.
SCHEDULE: PLEASE CLEAR YOUR SCHEDULES FOR THE DAYS YOU PLAN TO PLAY. Official Start times will be posted approximately 1 week before the tournament start date. Goal is for events to finish in a 3-4 hour window.
- Mixed Doubles will be Sunday, March 15, 2026
- Round Robins for maximum play.
- Medals awarded to Gold, Silver, Bronze

• Lime Green Franklin X-40 outdoor ball. Per the updated 2023 USA Pickleball rules, please do not wear predominately lime green apparel or you will be asked to change

Registration fee of $30 + Event fee of $25 + PBbracket fee of $5 = $60 total.
