Tournament Description

Pickleball 603’s - “Barstool Qualifier” -- featuring 6 indoor dedicated fenced in Pickleball courts will be hosting our Barstool Qualifier tournament! This tournament will follow the current Barstool tournament structure that is scheduled for July 27th, 2024. Top teams from each division will receive a free entry to represent team Pickleball603 in the Barstool event!

There will be an assortment of different skill divisions for this tournament.

Players can only register for 1 division!

Registrations are Open for Members using our code!

Non-member registrations open up Monday April 8th.

Registration Closes Monday, April 29th at 5:00 p.m.

All divisions will be played on Saturday.

$60.00 Registration Fee per division Members only fee

$75.00 Registration Fee per division Non-Member fee

Additional Information

Tournament Format:

*Events with 7 Teams or Less: Round Robin for events with a small number of teams and the top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners.

*Skill Level: Players with a DUPR rating must use that rating. Players with a USAPA UTPR rating but no DUPR rating must use that rating. Players with neither rating may self-rate within reason. The tournament reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level brackets/events.

*Registering Together As A Team (TIP) : For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 3 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event

IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT.

Safe Tournament Environment:

*Spectators must sit in designated viewing areas.

*Players and spectators will only be permitted in the facility during their event.

Food & Beverage:

*Restaurant will be open on Site!

Refund Policy

*Refunds minus a $15 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through April 14th, 2024.

*NO refunds after April 15th for ANY reason.

*Replacement Players/Subbing* Entry fees may be transferred to a replacement player/sub of similar skill level at any time up through the morning of the event.

For Example: A player won’t be able to attend the tournament but has a replacement/sub. Can the replacement/sub take my spot? Yes, only if the player is of similar level, then he can take your spot for tournament play; payment would need to be worked out amongst yourselves.

*Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over and can take several weeks to process.
