Welcome to Pickleball Showdown! This tournament will be held at the Beach Haven Courts in LBI!
This is a 1 day tournament which will take place Saturday June 13th, 2026. (Rain date Sunday June 14th)
First 20 people to register and use code "first20" will save $10!
All events are mixed doubles. There will be brackets for all skill levels ranging from 3.0 to pro.
You can sign up now and PAY LATER! At once you get to the checkout page, click check out and select "pay later" Payment deadline is June 7th.
Signing up early really helps us to plan and also helps other teams sign up knowing that there will be other teams in their bracket.
Amateur events will be robin format! Larger brackets will be split into pools and top teams from each pool will advance to playoffs. All teams will be guaranteed many games. Exact number depends on number of teams in bracket.
Open Level/Pro event will be double elimination brackets are best 2 out of three games to 11 in the winners bracket and one game to 15 in the consolation bracket. Teams in the consolation bracket still have the opportunity to make it to the gold medal match if they advance all the way through the consolation bracket.
Registration cost for this tournament is $50.
Each amateur event is $25.
Each Pro/open level/Prize money event is $60.
Pickleball brackets also charges a $5 service fee per event with the maximum being $10 on top during checkout.
Registration includes a free T-shirt.
Teams will be moved to the waitlist if both players are not registered and paid, player's partner in not registered for tournament, or player is registered as needing a partner.
There is a 4.5 amateur bracket separate from 4.5+. Event named 4.5+ open level $$$ is the pro/open event with payouts.
Start times will not be announced until registration closes! This is because the number of signups for each event will determine when we can start each bracket. We need to know the final number of entrants for each event in order to determine the most efficient start times to keep the day running as smoothly as possible. Start times will be released 1 or 2 days after registration closes and may be subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances.
The results will be uploaded to DUPR.
Format may be abbreviated if necessary due to any other unforeseen circumstance but the tournament directors will do the best they can to get all matches played and keep regular format.
