<b>Skill Level Doubles Events:</b>
All players will play a round robin style format with games being 1 to 15, win by 2. The number of games in this round robin will depend on the number of teams in your event (larger groups will be split into pools). Once the round robin is completed, ALL PLAYERS will advance to a single elimination playoff (seeded based on round robin results). Playoff games will be 1 to 15, win by 2 until the Medal Matches which will be played 2/3 to 11, win by 2. Every team is guaranteed at least 4 matches.
<b>Skill Level Singles Events:</b>
All players will play a round robin style format with games being 1 to 11, win by 2. The number of games in this round robin will depend on the number of teams in your event (larger groups will be split into pools). Once the round robin is completed, ALL PLAYERS will advance to a single elimination playoff (seeded based on round robin results). Playoff games will be 1 to 15, win by 2 including the Medal Matches. Every Player is guaranteed at least 4 matches.
<b>Payouts: </b>
All payouts are based on the total event fee amounts collected per event ($30 per event). For Doubles, the payout example will be (Gold 70% Silver 30% Split):
5 teams = $300
10 teams = $600
15 teams = $900
20 teams = $1,200
Singles will also be based on event fees collected (Gold 70% Silver 30% Split:
5 players = $150
10 players = $300
15 players = $450
20 players = $600
This tournament will be following USA Pickleball's approved paddles list and Rules. We will have a couple referees available on site if you have questions during play.
