Tournament Description
This event is open to PowerPlay members and non-members. All courts are INDOOR.
Registration Fees: $65 per member and $75 per non-member.
All tournament results will be reported to DUPR. This is not a USA Pickleball sanctioned event.
PowerPlay members who have a Pickleball Brackets profile were invited to join the PowerPlay Club in Pickleball Brackets in order to see the member registration fees. The text invite sender is Pickleball OpCo. A discount code is also available - email events@powerplaypb.com with any questions.
When signing up with a partner, players will have 2 days to complete the registration, otherwise the team will be moved to the waitlist.
Pickleball Brackets will collect fees of $5 per event per person with the maximum of $10 per person. For example, if you play 2 events, you will pay $10 for the Pickleball Brackets fee. THIS FEE IS MANDATED BY PICKLEBALL BRACKETS.
The tournament is using Stripe.com as a third party service to collect all fees.
On the day of the event, please arrive early to complete the waiver form at the registration tables.
Additional Information
All players will be notified by text messages about their court assignments. Please ensure that your profile is updated with the current cell phone number, and "Opt-In" for text is checked. You are responsible for reporting to the match on time.
All events will be round robin pool play with medal round, or as specified by the Tournament Director. START TIME FOR ALL EVENTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE EACH EVENT.
Gold Medalists will receive a refund for their registration fees and their winning event fee. The fees mandated by Pickleball Brackets are non-refundable.
Silver Medalists and Bronze Medalists will receive non-monetary prizes.

REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATION DEADLINE - June 30, 2025, Midnight Pacific Standard Time.
Withdrawals BEFORE June 30, 2025 will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable service fee of $5 per event, maximum of $10.
Withdrawals ON or AFTER June 30, 2025 will receive NO refund. No exceptions.
Pickleball Brackets service fees ($5 or $10) are NOT refundable.
Refunds will be issued 7- 10 days after the completion of the tournament.
Weather
POWER OUTAGE POLICY
This is an indoor event. If a power outage or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs which impacts playability at the venue, the PowerPlay tournament team will do all it can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a power outage or unforeseen circumstance occurs, the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.
