TEAM REGISTRATION POLICY
• Both players on a team must register in order to confirm a spot.
• Partners must register within 3 days of each other.
• If one player registers without their partner, the team will be placed on the waitlist until both players are registered.
Please Note:
Pickleball Brackets now charges a mandatory, non-refundable service fee:
• $5 for 1 event
• $10 for 2+ events

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust or combine brackets as needed.
• Players may be moved into the appropriate division based on skill level.
• Match schedules and timing will be finalized after registration closes and the total number of teams is confirmed.
SPECIAL NOTICE
• Do not leave the venue without confirming whether you are in or out of the tournament.
If you leave without checking, your match will be forfeited and no exceptions.
• Tournament organizers reserve the right to modify format, schedule, and payouts based on registration, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
