Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before the tournament: Full refund minus a 30 processing fee.

Less than 3 days before the tournament, 50% refund.

Less than 1 days before the tournament: No refund available due to the logistics and planning involved.

Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation before the tournament start date due to weather, participants will be eligible for the following:

Full Refund: Participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.

Reschedule Option: If the tournament is rescheduled, participants will have the option to apply their registration fee to the new date or receive a full refund if they are unable to attend.

For tournaments that are underway but have to be canceled partway through due to weather:

Partial Refund: A partial refund will be issued based on the percentage of the tournament completed. Details will be provided based on specific circumstances.

General Safety Measures

First Aid: A fully equipped first aid kit will be available at the tournament site. Qualified first aid personnel will be on hand to assist with any medical needs.

Emergency Services: In case of a serious medical emergency, 911 will be called immediately to provide professional medical assistance.

Hydration: Participants are encouraged to stay hydrated throughout the event. Water stations will be available on-site; however, we also recommend bringing personal water bottles.

Sun Protection: Participants and spectators are advised to apply sunscreen regularly and wear hats or visors for protection against sun exposure.
