Due to the competitive format and registration-based prize pool, all registrations are final within 72 hours of the event.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event may be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours of the event.
If the event is canceled by Life Time Shenandoah, registered players will receive a full refund.
Player substitutions may be permitted with prior approval, provided the replacement player meets the required DUPR skill level and eligibility requirements.
