Come see Texarkana's brand new 8 court facility (plus the 6 older courts) at The St. Michael's Texarkana Fall Open at the Southwest Center in Texarkana, Texas, from October 2-4th, 2026! All entries get a t shirt and access to great raffle prizes (last tournament included $2000 worth).
This tournament will include all ages with the 50+ playing in a US Senior Pickleball tournament, and the 49 and below playing in another one concurrently.
Registration is $55, plus $10 for each event. USSP/SSIPA members will receive a $10 discount.
This tournament is US Senior Pickleball approved.

The tournament will limit registration to 250 players, or when the tournament director deems the day’s events are full.
Brackets/Events will be round robin or pool play. Players are guaranteed 4 games per event.
The tournament director reserves the right to modify event formats as needed depending on registrations.
Events may be merged or split based on registration numbers.
Medals will be awarded based on standings in the original event (3 or more entries), or if the event was merged by a smaller event (2 or more entries) but not both.

Friday 6pm: Men's and Women's Singles
Saturday: Men's and Women's Doubles
Saturday Evening: MONEYBALL divisions
Sunday after 12:00pm: Mixed Doubles
Format: All 49 and under will have Pool play round-robin followed by bracket play for top teams to determine final placings. We will try to offer as much pickleball for your division as we can while still having room to complete all divisions. Format may adjust for some events based on signups.
Divisions: A minimum of 3 teams is required to form a division. Some divisions/ages may be combined depending on entries. You may only play in 1 division per day (not including moneyball division). You may play 4.0 mens doubles and moneyball for instance, but not two different mixed doubles events.

New this year is an open $1500 moneyball division and a $600 3.99 and below DUPR Moneyball division. Must have 5+ teams in each division for the bracket to make.
Moneyball: Moneyball events are not included in signup fee. Open Moneyball is $30 in addition to base tournament fee. 3.99 moneyball is $20 in addition to base tournament fee. Round robin followed by bracket play.
Start Times: Exact schedules for each division will be announced when we make the brackets the week of the tournament.

Additional USSP Information:
USSP has a points system to award prizes to the top finishers each year (USSP members only). In the past, prizes with a retail value of $20,000 were awarded to the top 10 point winners in each age group for both men and women on an annual cycle. In 2026, the prize points will begin in January and run through the end of December.
All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 4 games per event. Brackets entries 4 and under will play round robin to 11 or 15, win by 2. Brackets entries 5 and more will play round robin to 15, win by 2. Brackets with 10 or more will play pool play with playoffs. The two top winners in each pool play will play for the medals.
