SYNC is a new level of competition added to your normal pickleball tournament. Think of it as one connected competition played on top of regular, local tournaments. And one where $$ is awarded for EVERY Skill/Age event.
Your experience:
- Play in your tournament of choice. Compete against the teams there for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals!
- Simultaneously, watch the progress of teams at other SYNC venues.
- Virtually "compete" against those teams.
For example: You compete in a Mixed Doubles 3.5 40+ event at Picklr-Noblesville. Your results count toward your earning a medal at that tourney. At the same time, your team’s results are entered into the SYNC virtual standings and compared with teams competing in the same event at other locations. So, if you win Gold at your tourney in Noblesville, your win/loss record and point differentials are stack ranked against the Gold winners from the other tournaments, for a change to become the overall SYNC winner!
If your team finishes with the best overall win/loss record, you win $$$! If two or more teams are tied with the same win/loss record, Point Differential will determine our overall winner for that event.

Requirements: When you register for the tourney, you agree to also be entered into our dashboard software so results from multiple locations can be SYNCed and shared simultaneously). An email or text will be sent with more information.
What you’ll experience at a local SYNC tourney:
- Five guaranteed matches
- Every team advances from Round Robin into a single-elimination medal bracket
- Gold/silver and bronze medal matches
- All teams ranked in SYNC and the overall winning team from each event takes home the SYNC prize: CA$H Money! That's right, we are giving $300* to EACH SYNC OVERALL winning team, for each event. *Requires full events at every location or a reduced payout will be given.
- All events have a minimum of 4 teams and a max of 5 teams.
- Consistent rules, scoring and tournament procedures at every location
- Local awards, placement and recognition
- Live standings and bracket progress
SYNC is designed to give every player a complete tournament experience. You won’t travel to an event, lose twice and be finished. Your round-robin results determine your position in the single-elimination medal bracket, where competition continues toward the gold and bronze matches. Your final results also contribute to your overall SYNC ranking, which determines the SYNC winner for each eligible event.

MONEYBALL: Every OVERALL SYNC winning team in MD, WD, and MXD will earn $300 per team. Every OVERALL SYNC winning individuals in MS and WS will earn $150. Winners are determined first by Win/Loss record across ALL SYNC events during the weekend and in tiebreaker situations we move to Point Differential next. In the highly unlikely event we need to go further, the next tiebreaker is point differential in Round Robin, then point differential in the Bracket (a play-in game does not count), then point differential against the silver medalist (includes both RR and Bracket games).
