PLAYER'S CODE OF CONDUCT
This Code outlines the behavior expected of all players. Our goal is a positive, respectful environment where everyone can enjoy the game.
General Conduct
Show good sportsmanship: be polite and respectful to players, staff, officials, and spectators
Act with honesty and integrity
Be on time and ready to play when scheduled
Accept officials' decisions with grace
Keep language appropriate: no profanity, insults, or vulgar remarks
Avoid outbursts of anger or frustration, such as throwing paddles or hitting balls into the crowd
Follow all dress code requirements
Respect the facilities and equipment, and do not damage property
Be courteous in wins and losses
On-Court Conduct
Play fairly and at a steady pace, without stalling
Do not distract or intimidate opponents
Call lines promptly and honestly; if a ball can't be called out, it's in
Don't discuss line calls with spectators
Tap paddles or shake hands before and after each match
Don't argue with opponents, officials, or spectators
Keep your belongings clear of the court and playing area
Resolve disputes calmly between players; if you can't, ask an official for help
Violations
Please report any violation to an event official as soon as possible; all reports are handled confidentially
Zero tolerance for physical or verbal abuse
Violations may result in disciplinary action, as determined by event officials
