TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:

*Friday, August 1, 2025 – Mixed Doubles

*Saturday, August 2, 2025 - Men's Doubles

*Sunday, August 3, 2025 - Women's Doubles

FORMAT:

Step into the bracket frenzy with a minimum of four guaranteed matches in a round robin format. Matches will be games to 15, win by 2.

If divisions don’t fill up, we’ll combine age groups first, then skill levels, to keep the action rolling.

FEES & PRIZES:

$65 Registration Fee| $60 OPEN (Cash Prize!)(Top teams in the Open Division will advance to playoffs)

4 Teams = Double Round Robin, games 1 to 15, win by 2

5 Teams = Single Round Robin, games 2/3 to 11, win by 2

6-8 Teams = Single Round Robin, games 1 to 15, win by 2

Player Ratings & Registration Guidelines

To ensure fair and competitive play, brackets will be assigned based on the following order:

DUPR rating (if available)

Self-rating from your PickleballBrackets.com profile

Important:

Please review the skill level descriptions below and either update your existing self-rating or create one if this is your first time on PickleballBrackets.com before registering. Accurate ratings help ensure balanced and enjoyable competition for all players.

Skill Level Descriptions:

2.0–2.5: Newer players with limited experience. Can sustain a short rally with players of similar ability and have a basic understanding of scoring.

3.0: Understands the fundamentals and rules of pickleball. Can sustain rallies and execute basic strategies.

3.5: Demonstrates improved consistency and shot selection. Applies strategic thinking during play.

4.0: Solid skills and game awareness. Can anticipate opponents’ shots and execute more advanced plays.

4.5: High-level player with strong communication, advanced court positioning, and the ability to hit swinging volleys and block fast-paced shots.

Open: Typically refers to a level where players are generally advanced to professional, with skill ratings ranging from 4.5 to 5.5+. Open play is characterized by a high level of skill, strategic understanding, and consistent performance

If you withdraw before July 26, 2025, you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable PickleballBrackets.com service fee.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made after July 26, 2025 (11:59pm).
