Registration is scheduled to open on or before April 1, 2025

Please join us Thursday evening August 14, at Lynne Sherwood Waterfront Stadium, on the Grand River for a welcoming party and a high level pickleball exhibition!
Seniors Men's and Women's doubles will be played Friday morning.
Men's and Women's singles will be played Friday afternoon.
Men's and Women's doubles will be played on Saturday afternoon.
Seniors mixed doubles will be played Sunday morning.
Mixed doubles will be played Sunday afternoon.
Each morning player sign in begins at 7:30 AM and will continue throughout the day as players arrive. All check-in registrations needs to be completed 30-45 minutes prior to the time you are to play. Play will begin at 8:30 AM.
This is a Round Robin tournament. All matches will be one game to 15 , win by two.
Partners with different skill levels will play at the higher partner’s skill level. Youngest partner will determine age bracket within the skill level.
We will make every effort to insure that everyone who signs up, plays! Including the waiting lists. Therefore, we encourage you to wait list if your desired bracket is presently full.
Cost:
The registration Fee is $40. Each event you sign up for will be and additional $10 . There is a $5 website fee for each event, with a maximum of $10.00.
Ex: A player signing up for 3 events will be charged $40 registration, $30 for 3 events, and $10 for website fees, for a total of $80.00.
Players that sign up prior to 5/1/2025 will receive a $5.00 discount!
Additional Information
Tournament Ball: The Franklin X-40 Pickleball will be used for this tournament.
FOOD: Bottled water, food bars and fruit will be available for registered players only.
PARKING: Parking is allowed Adjacent to the courts.
Players will receive a free T-shirt with their registration, prior to July 10, 2025.
Participants will be required to sign a waiver with registration.
Please note that you will not be able to play in more than one amateur singles, doubles and mixed doubles event, even if they are on different days. If it's discovered that you are registered for more than one you will have to choose which one you want to play.
To clarify, you can play in a Singles, a Mixed and a Gender Doubles Event.
