4 Match Guarantee. All events will follow a Round Robin format with playoffs to determine Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalists.

Open/pro prize money payouts.

Brackets will be organized by skill and age.

Schedule:

Friday October 31st: Senior Men's and Women's Doubles

Saturday November 1st: Men's and Women's Doubles (Any Age)

Sunday November 2nd: Mixed Doubles (Any Age)

The tournament reserves the right to adjust player or team placement if participants are registered in a division that does not accurately reflect their skill level.

Payment is required at time of registration. Both players must register and pay within 7 days for their registration to be considered complete or the team will be moved to the waitlist.

Registration will be based on your DUPR rating. If you do not have a DUPR the system automatically defaults to your self rating in pickleballbrackets.com.

TD may combine brackets or add more teams as needed to ensure quality play.

Player capacity is limited, and registration will automatically close once the maximum number is reached.

All paddles must be on the USAP or UPA approved list.

There is a non-refundable PickleballBrackets.com software use fee of $5 for one event or $10 for two or more events which apply to all registrations.

Refunds will be issued through the final day of registration minus any credit card or stripe service fees.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after registration closes.

Refunds will be processed up to 72 hours after the tournament is complete.

This is an indoor event. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the club or tournament director, a 50% refund will be issued.
