Tournament Description
Performance Pickleball RVA and the Rotary Club of Innsbrook are excited to announce for the first time:
THE PICKLE DE MAYO!
A pickleball tournament by the Rotary Club of Innsbrook benefitting Henrico Police Athletic League (PAL) and other local non-profits to raise funds to support children's education and development.
Come play pickle for PAL and friends at the Pickle De Mayo!
Tournament Info:
This half-day tournament will be held at the premier Performance Pickleball RVA indoor pickleball facility with Age & Skill Divisions in Coed Doubles. Coed teams may consist of any combination of men's, women's or mixed teams.
Matches will take place on 12 state-of-the-art dedicated indoor pickleball courts. Medals will be awarded to the Top 3 teams/players in each bracket.
A raffle will be held on the day of the event! Donations are also accepted even if you cannot play! Please see the website link above or click on the Donate button at the top of the page.

*Full Bracket Schedule & Start Times will be released the week of the tournament.

Registration is $65 per player.

Rules & Format:
This is a non-sanctioned tournament, but we will be following USAP 2025 rules.
All Age & Skill brackets will be Round Robin with a Single Elimination bracket round and/or Medal matches to be played immediately following the completion of Round Robin play.
Round Robin matches will be either best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2 or 1 game to 15 win by 2 or 1 game to 11 win by 2.
Gold Medal matches will be best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2. Bronze Medal matches will be either best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2 or 1 game to 15 win by 2.
Notice:
Age & Skill groups may be combined at the discretion of the Tournament Director to create brackets as needed based on the number of registered teams/players. The Tournament Director also reserves the right to adjust the bracket and match formats as necessary.
Refund Policy
No refunds for Cancellations or Withdrawals. Due to the fundraising nature of this event, we are not able to provide refunds after payment has been made. For any extenuating circumstances or situations, please contact the Tournament Director for approval. Thank you for your understanding!

Parking Information
Parking Fee: No Fee
Free onsite parking is available in front and on the side of the facility as well as in the surrounding shopping center. Handicap parking is available by the front and side/delivery entrances. The ramp to the sidewalk is located by the side/delivery entrance, which is available for handicap use.

Weather
The tournament will be held indoors at the Performance Pickleball RVA pickleball facility so the Pickle De Mayo festivities will go on May showers or shine! We will keep everyone posted in case of inclement or severe weather.
