REGISTRATION
$45 registration fee includes 1 Event
$10 Discount for THE VIRGINIAN MEMBERS (CODE:TVCC)
$10 event fee for each additional division
$5 Pickleball Bracket fee for 1st event
$5 Pickleball Bracket fee for 2nd Event
You may register and identify your partner or request "Need partner". Your partner must register within five days of your registration, or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the five-day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both players have paid. If a player needs a partner, the team will automatically move from the wait list to the active list once a partner is identified, registers, and both players have paid if there is an available slot to move to. NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered, and all fees have been paid in full.
FORMAT
• 50, Under 14 and Under 18 Divisions – Age by December 31, 2026
• Each division will feature a minimum of six games in round robin play, followed by a single elimination medal round.
• Divisions with more than 8 teams will be divided into evenly divided pools as determined from DUPR ratings, with the pools being combined for the medal rounds.
• Depending on the number of teams in the pool, round robin games will be 11 by 1 or 15 by 1.
• Medal round games will be 11X2 or 15X2 depending on number of teams
• All players must have a DUPR account (Go To MYDUPR.com to generate a DUPR account). All scores will be submitted to DUPR.
• All players must have a Pickleball Brackets account
TENTATIVE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
We will send final court assignments and times once we know how many teams in each division. Specific start time changes and venues for any event will be posted and texted to players the night before. Tentative times are shown below:
