Event Schedule:
Friday, Oct. 3rd: Men and Women’s Singles – Age Groups: 12+, 30+, 40+, 50+, 60+, 65+
- Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+, 4.5+
CO-ED Split Age division (4pm Start Times): 1 player age below 50 & 1 player age above 50.
- Skill Levels: 3.0+, 3.5+, 4.0+
Saturday, Oct. 4th: Men and Women’s Doubles – Age groups: 12+, 30+ 40+, 50+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+
- Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+, 4.5+
Sunday, Oct. 5th: Mixed Doubles - Age Groups: 12+, 30+ 40+, 50+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+
- Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5
Rules & Format:
This is a non-sanctioned tournament, but we will be following USAP 2025 rules.
All Skill & Age brackets will be Round Robin with a Single Elimination bracket round and/or Medal matches to be played immediately following the completion of Round Robin play.

BRACKET SIZE FORMATS:
4 - 6 teams = RR games to 15, top 2 play 2/3 to 11 for Gold. 3rd and 4th play 1 game to 15 for Bronze.
7 - 9 teams = RR games to 11, top 2 play 2/3 to 11 for Gold. 3rd and 4th play 1 game to 15 for Bronze.
10 or 12 teams = 2 pools of 5 or 6 teams. RR games to 15, top 3 from each pool will advance to single elimination bracket
Events with 3 or fewer participants will be combined with another of similar skill level or different age group.
Gold Medal matches will be best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2.
Bronze Medal matches will be 1 game to 15 win by 2.
A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player, and at the age group of the younger player.
Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.
As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill.
All matches are self-monitored.
Additional Description:
Ball: Franklin X-40 neon green. Players will not be allowed to wear bright green shirts.
Snacks and water will be provided to players throughout the day
We follow USAP guidelines.

The rating used for this tournament will be DUPR and all match scores and results will be automatically entered into DUPR. Please be sure to connect your DUPR account to your Pickleball.com account to ensure reporting accuracy.
Notice:
Skill & Age groups may be combined at the discretion of the Tournament Director to create brackets as needed based on the number of registered teams/players. The Tournament Director also reserves the right to adjust the bracket and match formats as necessary.
