How to Update Your Player Profile on Pickleball.com

Your profile on Pickleball.com is more than just a digital name tag — it’s how tournament directors, league organizers, and fellow players connect with you. Whether you need to change your email, update your self-rating, add a photo, or manage your club affiliations, keeping your profile accurate is key to staying active in the pickleball community.

Getting Started: Accessing Your Profile

To make any changes, first log in to Pickleball.com using your current email and password. Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right corner and select My Profile from the dropdown menu. This is where all your personal account settings live.

How to Change Your Email Address

Need to switch to a new email? Here's how:

1. Go to My Profile.

2. Click Edit Profile.

3. Type your new email address in the email field.

4. Click Save to confirm the change.

Note: If you originally signed up using a service like Google (SSO), you won’t be able to update your email yourself. In that case, email support@pickleball.com for help.

Updating Your Player Rating

Your self-rating helps organizers place you in appropriate brackets for tournaments and leagues. To update it:

1. Stay in the Edit Profile section.

2. Scroll to the Self Ratings dropdown.

3. Select your current rating.

4. Click Save at the top of the page.

Keeping your rating up to date ensures fair competition and helps you connect with players at your skill level.

Uploading or Changing Your Profile Picture

Want to personalize your profile? A clear headshot helps others recognize you on the court.

1. From your profile page, click Profile Images.

2. Upload a recent, clear headshot (required).

3. Submit the photo for review.

Photos that aren’t headshots will be declined, so make sure your image meets the platform’s guidelines. Here are a few tips:

• Head/Shoulders
• No sunglasses
• Prefer no hat
• Only you in the picture
• Must be YOU
• No AI or cartoon images of you
• No pets, emojis or icons
• Prefer no paddles or graphic tees in the picture

Managing Your Club and Association Memberships

If you belong to one or more pickleball clubs or associations, you can manage those connections through your profile:

1. Click Association Memberships within your profile.

2. View clubs you’re affiliated with and any linked ratings.

3. Click Back to return to your profile dashboard.

This section helps you keep track of club involvement and show your affiliations to others.

Adding a Payment Method

1. You can easily add one or more credits to your profile to save as a "payment method". This allows you to easily pay for tourmaments, leagues and other types of play easily and quickly.

2. From within your profile, click Payment Methods and then Add New Payment Method.
