Ohio Social Sports is excited to host our first-ever Holiday Pickleball Tournament at Lakewood Racquet Club! This event will be a fun Round Robin format WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0/3.5/4.0. Tournament Director may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Standard registration $60

Tournament Registration would include the following:

-First event entry included. Each additional event is $25.

-Guarantee 6 round-robin games + 1 Playoff game for top 4 teams.

-Event T-shirt

-Pickleball Branded Hat

-Player bag with giveaways

-Raffle entry

-Snacks & Drinks

-Designated area with tables and chairs for spectators

Who: All ages

What: Men & Women Singles/Doubles + Mixed Doubles

Game Format: Round Robin + Championship

Ratings: Please make sure your rating is correct. Players have the sole responsibility to maintain their self-rating accurately in each division. You will be put into the bracket indicated in your profile.

Check-in and warm-up opens at least 1 hour before your event start time each day.

12/7 Saturday - Mixed Doubles - 9 AM Start

12/8 Sunday - Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles- 9 AM Start

Skills:

-Beginner: 3.0 and Under

-Intermediate: 3.5

-Advance: 4.0 and above

Ages: Under 50 & 50+

Indoor skill tournament on tennis surface. Brackets may be combined/split based on ages and skills registered for the best and most effective play format.

1st event is included in registration. Each additional event is $25 per event fee. Payment is required to register - Prices will increase as we approach the event.

Tournament Director reserves the right to combine or split events, close or open events when courts are at capacity even if event is not full, and change format based on enrollment.

Ohio Social Sports reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Event start times will be posted on this webpage and sent out via email only the week of the tournament. Players will self rate and can not play lower than their Pickleball Brackets rating (PBR) or USA Pickleball Tournament Player Rating (UTPR). Players may only play up in skill .5 from their profile rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.

$20 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals.

No refunds will be issued after November 30th, 2024
