Ohio Social Sports is coming back to Wooster in 2025!

March 21-23, we'll be hosting a tournament at the beautiful 12-court award-winning Aspen Racquet Club in Wooster, OH!

*****A catered buffet meal and drinks will be provided for all players *****

This is a skill-based, round-robin tournament for anyone to join.

TOURNAMENT COST:

$50 by Jan 1

$65 by Feb 28

$75 After March 1

Registration includes 1 event, an event t-shirt, a pickleball hat/towel/gear, a catered buffet, drinks, and many giveaways!

A 2nd event entry will cost $35.

BRACKET MAX:

If a bracket reaches the initial 9-player/team limit, please add yourself to the waitlist. Brackets will split, and an age category will be added to be expanded up to 11 players/teams if there is space available on the event day. Brackets that do not max out at 11 could be combined to provide the best possible playing experience for all participants. The manner in which they would be combined will be determined at the close of registration. If brackets are combined, medals will be awarded based on the skill/age category players registered for.

All courts are Rebound Ace® and indoors.

The skill groups are:

Beginners (3.0 and below)

Novice (3.0 to 3.5)

Intermediate (3.5 to 4.0)

Advanced (4.0 and above)

SCHEDULE:

All events are round-robin, where you play all the other players in your group or subgroup. The top 4 teams will move on to a playoff bracket. Medals will be awarded based on the team's total wins/points.

Players must check in by court at least 1/2 hour before the start of your event.

Additional meals for guests will be sold at $10 per person.

Friday - Women's Doubles - Start time begin at 6pm

Saturday - Mixed Doubles - Start times begin at 1pm

Sunday - Men's Doubles - Start times begin at 9am

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Refunds, less a $20 processing fee, will be issued for all cancellations regardless of reason up until February 28th, 2025. No refunds will be issued starting March 1st, 2025, for any reason.
