Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Refund requests will be accepted until 04/015/2026 at 12:00 PM. Approved refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable platform and payment processing fees, including pickleballbrackets.com and Stripe fees.
After this deadline, all registrations are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling will be issued under any circumstances.
Participants are responsible for securing their own partners. Inability to find a partner does not qualify for a refund after the deadline.
Once match schedules have been published, no withdrawals or changes of any kind will be accepted.
Failure to attend scheduled matches (no-shows) will result in automatic forfeiture of participation and all associated fees.
Weather and Event Disruption Policy
In the event of rain or other weather-related disruptions, the tournament may be delayed, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled at the sole discretion of the organizers.
All registrations remain non-refundable under such circumstances.
The organizers may, but are not obligated to, offer schedule adjustments, partial completion formats, or make-up opportunities where feasible.
No guarantees are made regarding rescheduling, completion of matches, or make-up events.
