REGISTRATION DETAILS
NOTE: All Registration is through Pickleball Tournaments (https://pickleballtournaments.com) and all registrants will need to create an account on https://pickleballtournaments.com if you do not have one (you do not have to create an account if you have previously had an account in Pickleball Brackets). It is free and easy to complete prior to tournament registration dates.
In all events, at least one of the partners must be at the correct Dupr skill level. The 2nd partner may be no more than one skill level (0.5) lower.
Registration Fees: $60.00 (includes 1 event, lunch and healthy snacks) plus $15.00 for 2nd event plus processing fees.
An online waiver will need to be signed during registration.
Online payment via Stripe. Please note: Stripe allows credit card payments, you do not have to have a Stripe account.
Registration is not complete until BOTH partners have registered (Partner has 48 hours to register), agreed to the tournament waiver, and paid all fees owing. Registration is limited in each event and teams will be added off the waitlist once entries are in. If a partner has not registered within 48 hours your team will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist.
We will be using the Onix Fuse Indoor Pickleball (Yellow). Players with similar clothing colour may be asked to change.
There are NO warm up courts when play begins so you are encouraged to use outdoor space if necessary.
Once the tournament starts, there will only be a 2 minute warm up time before your match on the competition courts.
Plan to arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to the start of your event to check in. We will start events early if courts are available.
When the maximum per event is reached based on fully registered/paid teams, others will be added to the waitlist and we will readjust numbers to add teams to events depending on overall event numbers. In the case of waitlists, teams will take priority over individuals.
