Additional Information
Register as soon as possible because number of teams allowed in each division is capped.
Here are the parameters of each division in all events. I will be using DUPR ratings to make sure people are in the correct divisions.
1. 2.50 to 3.00....players with ratings from 2.000 to 3.499 (will allow players up to 3.539 DUPR rating)
2. 3.50 to 4.00....players with ratings from 3.500 to 3.999 (will allow players up to 4.039 DUPR rating)
3. 4.00 to 4.50....players with ratings from 4.000 to 4.499 (will allow players up to 4.539 DUPR rating)
4. 4.50 and ABOVE.....players with a 4.500 rating and ABOVE
Will allow a 0.04 higher rating difference to play in a division...software doesn't allows any rating difference, so please ignore. (Example....player with a 4.039 DUPR rating can play in the 3.50 to 3.999 level). Subject to change at Tournament Directors discretion.
Ratings will be verified 2 weeks before the tournament to make sure all players in their divisions qualify to be in that division. If a player does not qualify, both players will have to move to the appropriate level of the highest rated player. NO EXCEPTIONS....so please register in the correct division. AGAIN....teams MUST register in level corresponding to the highest level player (EXAMPLE.....a 3.556 player and a 4.157 player must play in the 4.000 to 4.499 division, not the 3.500 to 3.999 division).
IF a player has 2 DUPR ratings, the HIGHEST DUPR RATING WILL BE USED to determine what division that player will play in.....NO EXCEPTIONS. (Email SUPPORT on DUPR app and get your ratings merged to have one rating).
Since this will be an event that scores will be recorded to DUPR afterwards, ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A DUPR ACCOUNT and MUST join All Out Pickleball Club on the DUPR app. Also, will need to connect to DUPR through Pickleballbrackets.com. (sign in to your account and go to your profile to do this). Also preferably, all players participating should have a DUPR rating. If a player does not have a DUPR rating before they play in the tournament, the non DUPR rated player will assume their teammates rating......
EVERY TEAM PARTICIPATING MUST have a player that has a DUPR RATING. CANNOT have both teammates playing in an event with an (NR) DUPR rating.
Refund Policy
Please note that tournament software (Pickleballbrackets.com) charges $5.00 as a registration fee for one event and up to a maximum of $10 if playing multiple events. Neither Tournament Directors, nor the venue have any control over these fees and they are non-refundable in case of withdrawal.
Refunds are available, minus the software fees and an additional $5 transaction fee until scheduled registration close date (September 7, 2024). No refunds will be given after registration closes.
