Join us for the Mud Season Pickleball Tournament at White Mountain Pickleball Club—a fun and competitive event designed to get you back in peak form for the spring season. Whether you're here to compete for glory or just shake off the winter rust, this is your chance to test your skills, rack up wins, and enjoy an exciting day on the courts!

Tournament Details:

📆 Date: Thursday, April 18th - Sunday, April 20th

📍 Location: White Mountain Pickleball Club

💰 Entry Fee:

$60 per division for Members (must use code at checkout)

$75 per division for Non-Members

$25 for each additional event

🏆 Mixed Doubles

🏆 Men's & Women's Singles

🎾 Skill Levels:

3.0 Open Age

3.5 Under 50 / Over 50 (50+ players may play down in age if preferred)

4.0 Under 50 / Over 50 (50+ players may play down in age if preferred)

4.5 Open Age

Note: Divisions may be merged by April 12th if there are not enough signups in a specific category.

Tournament Format:

- Events with 8+ Teams: Teams will be divided into two or more seeded pools, with the top teams advancing to a playoff round to determine medal winners.

- Events with 7 or fewer Teams: A Round Robin format will be used, with the top teams advancing to a playoff round to determine medal winners.

Skill Level Ratings:

- Players with a DUPR or USAPA UTPR rating must use that rating.

- Players without an official rating may self-rate within reason.

- The tournament reserves the right to adjust player placement to ensure fair competition.

Registering as a Team:

- To guarantee a spot in mixed doubles or doubles, both partners must register within 3 days of the first partner’s registration.

- Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after 3 days. If the second partner registers later, they will be moved back into the event if spots are still available.

- 4 Indoor Pickleball Courts

- Dominator Pro Max Nets

- Franklin X-40 Balls (Official tournament ball)

- Climate-controlled indoor play – no weather worries!

- Spectators Welcome – designated viewing areas available

Refunds:

- Players who withdraw from the tournament by April 12, 2024, will receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee.

- No Refunds After April 13: After this date, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including injury, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances.

Player Replacements/Substitutions:

- A registered player may transfer their entry to a replacement/substitute of similar skill level up until the morning of the event.

- The original player is responsible for arranging payment with their replacement—WMPC will not facilitate transfers of entry fees.

- Tournament organizers must approve all substitutions to ensure fair competition.

Refunds will be processed after the tournament concludes and may take several weeks to complete.
