Registration Opens Saturday, January 28, 2022, at 8:00am

Registration Closes Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at 12:00pm

Early Bird Special for registration:

If you register before February 14, 2022, the registration fee is $50

After, February 14, 2022, the registration fee will be $60

When you check in for your first match you will receive a T-shirt.

Maximum number of Events per player is 3.

The second event is $20

The third event is $20

On Friday, March 4, 2022, Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club will make available their Pickleball courts for tournament players to practice from 12:00pm-4:00pm

Tournament Format:

All skill/age divisions will be double elimination with a Come Around. Main Draw matches consist of a best of 3 game format with each game to 11, win by 2 points. Consolation matches consist of one game to 15, win by two. Bronze medal matches consist of a best of 3 game format with each game to 11, win by 2 points.

*There will be bleachers which will be the designated viewing area available for Spectators.

Food & Beverage:

We will be serving lunch for all registered pickleball tournament players on Saturday, March 5th from 11:30am-2:30pm. The Burger bar will be upstairs in our event room and is free of charge.

Refund Policy:

*Refunds minus a $10 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up till March 1, 2022. If tournament is canceled because of rain a refund minus a $10 processing fee will be returned to you. Refunds will be processed after the tournament is complete.
