Registration fee is $45 and includes one event. Additional event fee will be $10. Please note that Pickleball Brackets will also add an additional $5 per registration.

Saturday September 16th AM - Men's Doubles

Saturday September 16th PM - Women's Doubles

Sunday September 17th - Mixed Doubles

Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players approximately one week prior to the event.

Format is Round Robin; bracket format will be determined by final number of teams in each bracket.

As registration proceeds and brackets do not fill, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets based on age. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be awarded in the combined brackets at the discretion of the Tournament Director. All efforts will be made to apply fair and constent medals in each bracket.

Age groups will be added/removed as dictated by registration with the intent to keep brackets at a maximum of 8 teams, and a goal to provide at least 4 games for each team entered. Tournament management reserves the right to change format, as needed.

Skills levels include 2.5 ,3.0, 3.5, 4.0+

Age: 12+, 19+, 35+, 50+, 60+, 69+

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2023.

RATINGS

- For new players with no rating, the PickleballBrackets.com self rating will be used.

- PickleballBrackets.com ratings will be used.

- Players who have official USAPA UTPR rating but NO PickleballBrackets.com rating, MUST self rate using

their UTPR rating.

-Players with a UTPR that is higher than their PickleballBrackets.com calculated tournament rating may be moved to the higher level at the discretion of the tournament director.

You may register and identify your partner or request "Need partner". If a player needs a partner, the team will automatically move from the wait list to the active list once a partner is identified, registers, and both players have paid if there is an available slot to move to. NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.

There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

REGISTRATION CLOSES SEPTEMBER 5, 2023 AT MIDNIGHT.

Cancellation deadline is September 5th; refunds after that date will be subject to tournament management review. The cancellation of a bracket due to lack of players and certain other circumstances will be considered refundable All cancellations could be subject to a $10 administration fee.

The tournament has a no refund policy due to weather. The event is being held on an outdoor venue. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches on a safe and playable surface. We will not issue refunds or have make up days if the tournament is impacted by the weather
