Approximate division/event category start times will be announced at least 1-2 days earlier

Player Sign-in begins 30 minutes before tournament play each day.

Cost is $55 entry fee per participant (includes $10 referee/sanction and $5 facility fees), and $20 per standard event.

A $5 Cafe Coupon cost is added, and can be used for food at the facility)

Open events (recommended for 4.0+ players) are available for a cost of $70 (prize money awarded for medal winners!).

PickleballBrackets.com has modified their pricing, and is now charging a mandatory, non-refundable SERVICE FEE to participants - $5 for 1 event, $10 for 2 or more events.

Team participants must register individually and list team partner in registration.

Free agents will be matched with similar-skilled players (as available).

Skill level bracket for teams is determined by the skill level of the higher rated partner.

Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust the age and/or skill brackets based on registration.

Based on most recent feedback, tournament format is mostly double elimination for the OPEN events (NOT TOTAL AGE, THOUGH). For all other events, if the # of teams support pool play, that will be used. If not, double elimination will be used. Divisions with less than 6 teams will be pool play.

Detailed tournament schedule and format details will be on website NLT Wednesday before tournament.

ONIX Dura 40 balls will be used for play.

Medals for Gold, Silver and Bronze winners

Champions in each division also get:

Legends Gold Pin (and entry into the 2023 Legends Gold Medal Challenge!)

Pics and Bragging Rights on the Legends website!

SPECIAL NOTICE

1. Do not leave the event without checking to see if you are in or out of the tournament! This is particularly a problem in POOL PLAY, as there is an issue in the software that has not been modified to address the NEW rule on how to determine tie-breaking in a 3-team tie. The software is currently INCORRECT in how it is calculated, and tournament workers must MANUALLY advance players from POOL PLAY to BRACKET PLAY in this 3-way tie situation. IF YOU LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING, and you are subsequently ADDED to the bracket, WE WILL NOT wait for you to return, but forfeit your match. Thank you for your understanding!
