Friday, October 27: Men's and Women's Singles

Saturday, October 28: Men's and Women's Doubles

Sunday, October 29: Mixed Doubles

With a record number of players at a Longview Pickleball Club tournament (THANK YOU!) and limited court space, all start times are tentative and subject to change. All players need to be checked in 30 minutes prior to the time listed below and ready to go as we will roll games on quickly as court space allows. We will work diligently to stay on schedule and get everyone going on time.

*** SATURDAY 10 AM UPDATE: Play at the 2023 Longview Regional Open has been suspended due to court conditions. The forecast is improving, but all events for the remainder of Saturday will start at least one hour later than previously scheduled.

As of 10 a.m., play will resume in the Men's 3.0 49 & under and Men's 3.0 50 & Above divisions at 11 a.m.

All formats will be adjusted accordingly.

— TOURNAMENT DETAILS & PROCEDURES —

- Formats (round robin or bracket play) will be determined based on the size of each division

- Divisions may be combined based on player entries

- Your teammate must register within three days

- Start times and format may be modified based on entries and weather

- Formats will be emailed the week of the tournament

Refunds minus a $20 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up until Sunday, October 22, 2023. No refunds after registration closes on October 22. If tournament is canceled because of rain, a refund minus a $10 processing fee will be returned to you. Refunds will be processed after the tournament is complete.

These events are outdoor events. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, we will do all we can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs, the situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.
