The daily event schedule will be posted and emailed to players by May 26th.

This is a Skill Level/Age Group Tournament. Registration is by skill level.

For doubles and mixed doubles, you must sign up at the skill level of the higher rated partner. Players with a PickleballBrackets.com rating must use that rating. Players with a USAPA UTPR rating but no PickleballBrackets.com rating must use that rating.

Ratings will be verified.

Age groups will be determined by registration numbers.

For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 5 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT.

The tournament format is round robin for brackets with a small number of teams. Brackets with a large number of teams will be divided into two or more seeded pools and the top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners.

The registration fee is $60 for one event and $10 for each additional event.

The New Canaan Racquet Club is an air conditioned facility.

No refunds for withdrawal from an event or failure to secure a partner.

Refunds minus a $10 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through the close of registration.

No refunds for withdrawals from the tournament after the close of registration.

Entry fees may be transferred to a replacement player at any time up through the morning of the event.

Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over.
