NO REFUND POLICY - CANCELLATION DEADLINE June 10th, 2023
Withdrawals before June 10th, 2023, will receive a refund of all fees paid less a $25 cancellation fee. Withdrawals must be submitted via email to the tournament registration desk before the Cancellation Deadline of June 10th to receive a refund.
No refunds or credits will be given for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE unless a Registration & Weather Insurance Policy has been purchased from Rocky Mountain Pickleball. No other policies will provide player coverage for the Rocky Mountain Championships.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
The Rocky Mountain Championships is an outdoor event. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, Rocky Mountain Pickleball, the tournament organizer, will make every effort to ensure that scheduled matches are played. However, RMP cannot guarantee playing of all matches. NO INDOOR VENUE IS AVAILABLE IN THE EVENT OF A WEATHER CONDITION THAT PREVENTS PLAY
Court conditions, weather, and player safety will determine decisions to suspend or cancel play. If brackets are in mid-match when weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs, the tournament will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners will be determined. The tournament's decision will be final.
REGISTRATION & WEATHER INSURANCE POLICY
If you withdraw before the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE, you will be issued a refund minus the $25 withdrawal fee without the need to purchase Registration Insurance.
