MEN'S 3.5 DOUBLES 9:30am and 11:00am (top 2 teams)

MIXED OPEN DOUBLES 10:00am and 11:30am (top 2 teams)

OPEN DOUBLES 11:00am* and 12:30pm* (top 2 teams)

Tournament format will be as follows:

*DOUBLES FORMAT:

There will be a Round Robin format for your division on either Friday or Saturday.

All games will be to 11 points win by 2.

*OPEN DIVISIONS will play all games to 11 or 15 points win by 2

Top 4 teams from each division on Friday or Saturday will qualify for a semi-final bracket on *Sunday.

Winners from the semis will move to the Championship match and non-winners will play for 3rd place.

Sunday's matches will be best of 3 games to 11 points.

*SINGLES FORMAT

There will be a Round Robin format for singles play.

All games will be to 11 points or 15 points win by 2. (Depending on # of Entries)

8 players will qualify for a quarter-final bracket on *Sunday. Winners from the semis will move on to the Championship match and non- winners will play for 3rd place.

Sunday's matches will be best of 3 games to 11 points.

***Tournament Director has the right to change the format depending on number of entries.

SCHEDULE WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

THURDAY MARCH 2 = OPEN SINGLES (10am)

FRIDAY MARCH 3 = WOMENS 3.5 DOUBLES (9am) AND OPEN MXD (10am)

SATURDAY MARCH 4 = MEN'S 3.5 DOUBLES (10am) OPEN DOUBLES (9am)

SUNDAY = CHAMPIONSHIP DAY (SEMIS/FINALS)

*MARCH 5TH (SUNDAY) WILL HAVE THE QUALIFIED "DOUBLES" TEAMS AND "SINGLES" PLAYERS:

Doubles will be 1/4, Semis and Finals

Singles will be 1/4, Semis and Finals

Winners from the semis will move on to the Championship match and non- winners will play for 3rd place.

No refunds after registration closes.

Should the event be rained out and cancelled the following will apply:

$40 will be refunded to all registered players.
