Approximate division/event start times will be announced at least 1-2 days before the event day.

Tournament Format

Round Robin: 1 Game to 15, Win by 2

Single Elimination Playoff (Top 4 Teams): Best 2 of 3 Games to 11, Win By 2

The tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed based upon number of registrations.

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2023.

PickleballBrackets.com ratings will be used.

You must register and identify your partner. Your partner must register within five days of your registration or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the five day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both players have paid.

There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

Player Sign-in begins 30 minutes before tournament play each day.

Cost:

1 Event = $50

2 Events = $70

$5 per Event to PickleballBrackets

Registration Fee

$30 per Player

Per Event Fee

$15 per Event

(Juniors Event will not pay an Event Fee)

NOTE: Registration payments will be processed on CourtReserve. You will need to create a profile with payment information. (Paid members of Spectrum Pickleball will receive a $5 discount per event)

Each player must register individually and list team partner in registration.

NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.

Gamma Photon Indoor Balls will be used for play.

All players who register BY FRIDAY, DECEMBER 1ST will receive a FREE TOURNAMENT SHIRT!

DO NOT IGNORE: Once you register on PickleballBrackets.com, go to the link for the Spectrum CourtReserve website to re-register for the tournament (streamline version) and provide payment. When you create your CourtReserve Profile, you MUST add a Payment Profile to complete registration.

YOU WILL NOT BE REGISTERED UNTIL THIS STEP IS COMPLETED!

You may withdraw from the tournament up until deadline of Tuesday, December 26th at 11:00pm EST.

A refund will be provided minus the Service Fee cost to PickleballBrackets.com ($5 per event)

After this date, no refunds will be given.
