Tournament Description

REGISTRATION COST: 240$ per group (60$ per player)
REGISTRATIONS OPEN UNTIL AUGUST 31
Registration is confirmed when payment is received. Payment must be sent within 5 days after the form is filled out to ensure your spot in the tournament.
EACH GROUP WILL HAVE TO FILL THE FORM TO BE ELIGIBLE; NO REGISTRATION BY EMAIL OR MESSENGER ACCEPTED.
Round Robin only; no playoffs
1 DAY event: Men & Women doubles ; Mixed doubles
Games to 21 points, win by 1, switch side at 11 points with 1 time-out per team per game. No time-out when switching side.
******BRACKETS OF 8 TEAMS AND MORE WILL PLAY GAMES TO 15 WIN BY 1 SCORE FREEZE AT 14 POINTS.
Rally scoring (MLP format); Score freeze at 20 points, and team must win the game on their serve. Other team will freeze if they reach 20 points, and then also only must win on their serve.
Each team will receive 1 point for each win for the group.
Mixed team from the same group won’t play against each other.
If there is a tie between 2 group, we will count the +/-.
Registration and payment will be taken manually but the tournament will be run with Pickleball brackets (non-sanction)

Additional Information

If a player does not have a pickleball bracket’s profile, they must ensure to create one before September 13
First to fill the form AND pay will have priority.
Event selection must match the rating in Pickleball Brackets (PB rating not the CTPR).
The highest rated player defines the event you must register.
A player can register in any event above his/her rating but not below.
If a player has a 4.0 rating in men/women doubles and 3.5 in mixed, the group must register in 4.0.

4.0 -54 and under (6 spots available)-CANCELLED EVENT
4.5- All ages (8 spots available)

3.0- All Ages (6 spots available)
3.5- 55 and above (8 spots available)
4.0 - 55 and above (6 spots available)
A minimum of 3 teams is required to move forward with the event. If there is not enough registration in an event, players will receive a refund OR THE EVENT WILL BE MERGED (to be evaluated based on registration; the players affected will be contacted)

Refund Policy

If a team withdraw from the tournament after August 31, they will be entitled to a refund but an administrative fee of $5 per player will be deducted.
