Fieldhouse Sportscenter & Ozarks Pickleball Club are proud to present: Hallowdink 2024 Pickleball Tournament & Costume Contest!

Costume Contest for each division: Men's, Women's, and Mixed. Costumes will be judged at the start time of each Bracket and announced at the end of each day!

12 Indoor Courts. ALL BRACKETS INDOOR. Gym Surface. Temporary Nets. Gamma Photo neon green ball.

All brackets will be ROUND ROBIN. Some will have additional playoff bracket depending on registration. 4 game minimum.

Cost is $55 for 2 events (plus the website service fee: $5 for 1 event or $10 for 2).

Includes event shirt if you register by October October 10th. Final registration deadline is October 20nd by 8am!

Events will be: Men's Doubles + Women's Doubles on Saturday; and Mixed Doubles on Sunday.

Brackets will be separated by age and then skill level. You may play DOWN in age and/or UP in skill at your discretion. Be sure to register for your preferred age/skill level and check your current Skill Rating on Pickleball Brackets & DUPR.

This tournament will use DUPR ratings for placement. Please make sure to link your DUPR account to your PBB account. If you do not have a DUPR rating, then it will use your PBB rating or your self rating. If you do not know what skill level to register for, please seek the advice of experienced players and/or the Tournament Director.

Planned Age Divisions: 12+, 50+, 60+, 65+ (scramble), 70+ (scramble), 80+ (scramble)

Planned Skill Divisions:

2.5-2.99 (beginner/recreational)

3.0-3.49 (novice)

3.5-3.99 (intermediate)

4.0-4.49 (adv intermediate)

4.5+ (advanced)

Brackets generally would need to have a minimum of 5 teams or else they will be combined with similar skill or age levels. Events may be merged or split based on registration numbers and at the discretion of the TD. Medals will be awarded based on standings in the merged event or the original event.

8:00am - 4:00pm - Men's & Women's Doubles

Sunday, October 29

8:00am - 4:00pm - Mixed Doubles

Exact bracket times will be announced approx. 1 week ahead of time once registration closes. Be sure to watch your email and our Ozarks Pickleball Club Social Media.

Registration includes a FREE T Shirt! Register by October 10th, 2024 to guarantee your shirt size. Registrations after October 10, 2024 are NOT guaranteed to receive a shirt!

Please note that there will be a registration "Service Fee" charged for each registration of $5.00 for 1 event or $10.00 for 2+ events. This is a non-refundable fee charged by the website.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Withdrawals made before the registration deadline of October 20, 2024 will receive a full refund, less the nonrefundable service fees. No refunds will be given for withdrawals after the cancellation deadline.
