Tournament Description

The 2024 Pan Pacific Masters Games will take place at Pimpama Sports Hub from the 7th until 10th of November 2024.

Entries will close on the 17th October 2024 at 11:59pm

Age Divisions include 30+, 40+ 50+, 60+. 65+, 70+, 75+ and 80+

Event Formats include singles, skinny singles, gender doubles, mixed doubles and split age doubles (any gender combination)

Skill levels include 2.99 and below, 3.0-3.49, 3.5-3.99 and 4.0 and above.

Additional Information

Please note that all participants must be a member of Pickleball Australia to compete (including international participants). Please click here for information on membership options.

Players are guaranteed to play at least 3 matches per event entered.

Players may only enter one (1) singles or skinny singles, one (1) men’s / women’s doubles, one (1) mixed doubles and one (1) split age doubles event, totalling 4 events.

Skill/Age brackets may be combined depending on entries received.

All matches will be to 15, win by 2 with exception of some elimination draws and medal matches which will be best of 3 games to 11, win by 2.

Competition will be conducted in accordance with the International Rule Book available at Officials (pickleballaus.org)

The competition is presented by the Pickleball Australia Association.

Weather

The 2024 Pan Pacific Masters Games is an outdoor tournament with NO indoor venue available in the event of inclement weather.

In the event of extreme weather our tournament directors will follow the directions of the PAA Extreme Weather Policy. This may result in events being postponed to a different time or day (during the four days of the tournament) or in extreme cases, abandoned.

In the instance the tournament or particular events are abandoned, a full refund of PAA tournament entry fees (minus administration fees) will be issued for the tournament/particular events which have not commenced. If matches in a particular event commence and then are abandoned due to extreme weather, no refund will be issued for that particular event.
