**For doubles events, priority will be given to the teams that have both partners registered and paid. Teams with only one partner registered and paid and teams with no designate partners will be waitlisted. To secure your spot in a doubles bracket, please make sure that both you and your partner are registered!!
MEDALS & SWAG BAGS:
Will be awarded to 1st-3rd place finishers.
Gift bags will be given to all participants including our annual tournament towel! Players will also have access to the hospitality tent throughout the weekend which includes snacks and drinks.
PRIZE MONEY:
Prize money will be awarded to the top three winners of each OPEN event. The total payout will be determined by the number of registered OPEN players and will be announced at a later date.
1st Place = 50%
2nd Place = 30%
3rd Place = 20%
FORMAT:
All brackets will be Round Robin with a Single Elimination bracket round and/or medal matches to be played immediately following the completion of Round Robin play.
Round Robin matches will be either best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2 or 1 game to 15 or 11 win by 2 depending on the size of the bracket and/or pools. Medal matches will be the best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2. All teams will have a minimum of three games.
OPEN Division Format:
Brackets will be Double Elimination. Double Elimination matches will be best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2 in the Winners' Bracket and 1 game to 15 win by 2 in the Consolation Bracket. The Consolation Bracket will have a chance to advance back into the medal rounds. Gold Medal matches will be best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2 with a Tiebreaker Match (if necessary) being 1 game to 15 win by 2. Bronze Medal matches will be 1 game to 15 win by 2.
NOTICE: Age & Skill groups may be combined at the discretion of the Tournament Director to create brackets as needed based on the number of registered teams/players. The Tournament Director also reserves the right to adjust the bracket and match formats as necessary.
