Wednesday Sept 11th - Senior Mixed Doubles (60+,70+)

Thursday Sept 12th - Senior Women's and Men's Doubles (60+, 70+)

Friday Sept 13th - All Ages Men's and Women's Singles

Saturday Sept 14th - Men's and Women's Doubles (18U, 18+, 35+, 50+)

Sunday Sept 15th - Mixed Doubles (18U, 18+, 35+,50+)

Players may play in a maximum three events (one gender doubles, one mixed doubles, and one singles event)

This tournament is part of the United Pickleball State Championship Series brought to you by the PPA Tour.

The United Pickleball State Championship Series consists of 50 State Championship tournaments. The State Championship tournaments are hosted by a carefully selected group of the nation’s best tournament operators at premiere venues in each state. Players advance from the State Championships to the United Pickleball National Championship being held Nov 4th through Nov 10th at Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas, Texas.

The United Pickleball National Championships will be the Ultimate Pickleball Extravaganza in 2024. Players will experience a fantastic week on Pickleball Boulevard, featuring amateur and pro play, all-level brackets, live music, top brands, concerts, celebrity pickleball, exciting surprises and much more.

All Medalists from each State tournament will receive an invitation to the United Pickleball Championships and the opportunity to compete and become a true National Champion. Gold Medalists will receive FREE REGISTRATION to the United Pickleball Championships. Silver Medalists will receive a 50% discounted registration fee. Bronze medalists will be eligible for a 33% discounted registration fee. Medalists will receive an email after the State Championships with information on how to register for the United Pickleball National Championships.

2024 SOUTH CAROLINA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS - USPC by Southern Pickleball

The 2024 South Carolina State Championships will be held on Sept 11th to 15th at Litchfield Pickleball in Pawleys Isaland, South Carolina. Litchfield Pickleball is located at 97 Hawthorn Drive, Pawleys Island, SC 29585. Litchfield pickleball is a beautiful 11 outdoor court, dedicated pickleball facility. 4 of the courts are covered. Southern Pickleball is the South's largest tournament provider. Southern Pickleball is committed to bringing quality pickleball tournaments and events to the South. Southern Pickleball has over 5000 members and has had over 10,000 players participate in Southern Pickleball Tournaments. Southern Pickleball is also committed to helping local pickleball clubs and parks and recreation departments develop their pickleball programs. TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Tournament Format will be Round Robin followed by Medal Brackets or Medal Matches. All Matches will either one game to 15 by 2 or two out of three games to 11 by 2. TEAMS ARE GUARANTEED TO PLAY A MINIMUM OF 4 MATCHES. Brackets with 8 or more teams may be split into pools. Brackets with 4 or less teams may play double round robin format.

REGISTRATION AND EVENT FEE

MARCH AND APRIL (Early Registration) $30 Registration Fee plus $20 per event.

MAY, JUNE, JULY (Regular Registration) $40 Registration Fee plus $20 per event.

AUGUST, SEPTEMBER (Late Registration) $50 Registration Fee plus $20 per event.

Withdrawal deadline is August 15th at Midnight. Players may withdraw prior to midnight on August 15th for any reason and receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. After August 15th there are no refunds for any reason unless a player has purchased weather and injury tournament insurance. Weather and Tournament Insurance covers a player if the tournament is canceled due to weather or if a player or a player's partner must withdraw due to injury. Documentation might be required. Additionally, player registration fees may not be transferred to other players.
