Early Registration (before June 15th): $50 entry fee + $15 per event

Regular Registration: $70 entry fee + $15 per event

All events will be double elimination. Matches for teams with no losses will be 2 games out of 3 win by 2. Matches for teams with one loss will be 1 game to 15 win by 2. The charts will be available at midnight the day the event is played.

The Tournament will be organized by Skill (3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0) broken down by age (19+, 35+, 50+, 65+). The Tournament will also offer Age events for players 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+ and 80+. If there are enough players, the 60 and over Age groups will be divided into skill groups. Players 60 and over may choose to play in Skill/Age or Age events, not both.

Skill/Age groups may be combined with the same or similar skill groups of different age to create a competitive tournament experience.

Age groups may be combined if there are not enough players to create a competitive tournament experience for each age group.

$15 fee for all withdrawals. Players may withdraw for a refund up to 14 days before the start of the tournament.

This is an outdoor event with no make-up date.

If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, We will do all we can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs, the situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.

In the event of inclement weather that requires the cancellation of any events, a refund is not available.
