****IMPORTANT - SENIOR PRO/OPEN PLAYERS may also play in the all age open the same day in the evening

Format: ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2. Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15. (Open will be 2/3 to 11win by 2)

Long Sleeve T-Shirts are optional at $20 each

Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Age brackets may be combines following the close of registration,

Partner must register within 14 days or be moved to the waitlist.

Players will self rate and can not play lower than their USA Pickleball Tournament Player Rating (UTPR). Players may only play up in skill .5 from their profile rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.

***Player's responsibility to maintain the accuracy of their current skill level in each event.***

DUPR Results Submission - Results WILL NOT be submitted to DUPR.

Pickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime

There is a daily player limit that may cause registration to stop with no notice for an event or the whole day.

All refunds will have a $15 admin fee

Any refund request after 2/29/24 will have a 50% max

Any weather related refunds are eligible for up to a 50% refund.

Payout is based upon the number of players in the division - 6 team minimum for any Open/Pro division
