Join us for our 5th annual CT Pickleball Minnesota Summer Kickoff pickleball tournament hosted at Chip's Pickleball Club in Eagan! Get ready for a weekend full of community building, vendor village, food and drinks, and of course some amazing pickleball!

For all events, teams are guaranteed 5 games. All events will have the format of pool play with some teams advancing to bracket play. A minimum of 12 teams from each event will advance to the playoff round. As time permits, all teams per event will advance to the playoff round.

Events are $70 per player per event. pickleballbrackets.com adds a $5 service fee per event (with a cap of 2 events). Additional $20 per player for brackets with prize money.

Partner registration: Please note that if your partner does not register within 7 days of when you register, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Your spot in the main event will NOT be saved. If (after you are both registered and paid for the event) there is room in the main event, you will automatically be moved back to the main event. If the event has filled up in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens up.

Divisions can start as early as 8am and as late as 4pm. Start times will be emailed to all players no later than Sunday, May 18th at 5pm. Event durations vary and will depend on how well you do: the more you win, the longer you play. Events typically last between a half day and a whole day. We recommend you keep the entire day of the event open.

Sandbagging: Please sign up for the appropriate division according to your DUPR rating. If you do not have a DUPR rating, we are trusting that you self rate appropriately. We reserve the right to move players to appropriate divisions based on DUPR rating and director discretion. You must sign up for the event based on the higher rated partner. For example, a team of player 1 = DUPR 3.20 and player 2 DUPR = 3.67 must sign up for the 3.50-3.99 event.

We will send all players the final schedule of events, format of play, and all the final details and logistics of the tournament no later than Sunday, May 18th at 5pm.

Registration deadline for all events is Friday, May 16th at 11:55pm.

- Pool play games will be played to 11 points, win by 2.

- Playoff games will be played to 15 points, win by 2.

- 1st and 3rd place playoff games will be best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.

Teams will be limited to a single 1 minute timeout per game.

DUPR scores will be submitted for all events. Prizes donated by our sponsors are given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of all divisions.

We are following USAPA rules & equipment guidelines.

All players will have access to Chip's workout and warm-up area throughout the tournament.

All players will receive 1 free drop-in to Chip's wellness area, including sauna and cold tub ($19 value).

All players will receive 1 free drink voucher for Chip's cafe & bar.

If you need to drop out of the tournament, you must do so by Friday, May 16th at 11:55 pm to receive a full refund.

Cash prizes will be awarded for the Mens Doubles Pro, Mixed Doubles Pro, and Womens Doubles Pro divisions as follows:

1st place: $1,000

2nd place: $500

3rd place: $200

This is an indoor tournament, so weather will not be a factor!
