Get ready for the most EFFING intense pickleball tournament of the year! We're bringing the heat with a round robin format where every player will have the chance to battle it out for glory, bragging rights, and (of course) cold, hard cash.

**Round Robin Format**

*4 teams 1-15 win by 2

*5-9 teams 1-11 win by 2

*10 or more teams split into 2 pools playing 1-11 win by 2. Followed by a playoff of top 2 teams from each

pool.

**Gold Medalists Win Cash** That's right—gold medalists in each division of 3 teams or more will walk away with prize money! So get your team together, and let’s see some EFFING great competition!

**Medals awarded for every bracket with at least 3 entries!

**Multiple Divisions** We’ve got divisions for all skill levels—whether you're advanced or a newbie, there's a place for you to join the EFFING fun!

**Prize Money Galore** Nothing says "EFFING awesome" like walking away with some extra cash for your next pickleball adventure. It’s the perfect motivation to play your heart out! Cash prize for 1st place finishers in all divisions with (3) or more entries. $200.00 for 1st place DOUBLES team and $100.00 for 1st place SINGLES player.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to make adjustments to the tournament at any time in order to ensure a fair and smooth experience for all participants. This may include, but is not limited to:

Adjusting Brackets: The director may modify or reassign brackets as necessary, based on the number of teams or players registered, to ensure balanced competition.

Player Skill Level Adjustment: In the event that players are deemed to be competing in a division that does not match their skill level, the director may move players or teams into a more appropriate division to maintain the integrity of the tournament and provide fair competition for all participants.

Play Format Changes: The director may alter the format of play (e.g., match length, number of games, or rounds) to accommodate scheduling, court availability, or other logistical concerns.

These adjustments will be made at the sole discretion of the Tournament Director and in the best interest of the event. All decisions are final.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We kindly ask that you review our refund policy before registering.

*No refunds will be issued for any reason after the cancellation deadline. (July 25, 2025)

*Approved refunds will be subject to a $15 administrative fee and a $5 service fee.

*Registration fees are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual.

*All refunds will be processed within one week of tournament completion.

*No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
