TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Registration opens Wednesday, August 27, at 8:00am

Registration closes Monday, October 20, at 11:55pm

Early Bird Special for registration:

If you register from August 27 - September 15, the registration fee is $50.

From September 15 - October 13, the registration fee will be $60.

After October 13, the registration fee will be $70

Maximum number of events per player is 3.

Each additional event is $10.

You will receive a "2025 Fall Brawl" T-shirt at check-in and lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday for registered players. You will be guaranteed a shirt if you register before March 14th.

Tournament Format:

Depending on number of registrants, format will either be a round robin or double pool round robin with NO bracket play.

**NOTE** In the case that we have four or less teams registered per event, we reserve the right to combine events with priority of skill OVER age. Medals will be presented to the top three individuals or teams for the combined event, as well as additional medals based on the players' original event.

The event has the right to shorten match formats if weather poses scheduling delays.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Bellaire Pickleball events are outdoor events. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, Bellaire Pickleball will do all it can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs, the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.

WAITLIST

When registering for DOUBLES, the second signed up teammate MUST register within 7 days of the first player. If a teammate does not register within the specified time limit, the first player will be placed on the waiting list automatically. Emails will go out to both players when this happens. Once the second teammate registers they will be moved off the waiting list IF there is still room in the event.

EVENT MAX

If an event reaches the initial max team limit, please add yourself to the waitlist. Events will be expanded to more players/teams if there is space available in the event day. If events are combined, medals will be awarded based upon the original skill/age category players registered for.

Lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday for registered players.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed after the tournament is complete.

Registrants withdrawing before October 13, 2025, @ 12:00 pm will receive refund minus a $20.00 processing fee.

NO refunds after October 13, 2025, 12:01pm for registrant withdrawals.
