This tournament will be held on the EIGHT, one year old DEDICATED Pickleball courts located at the Groveport Recreation Center for all divisions!

The City of Groveport has done an awesome job of planning and building Pickleball Courts that we be the envy of other cities for years to come.

This is a DUPR event and DUPR will be the skill rating system used for this Tournament, so please be aware of that! Your DUPR rating on the day you register, will be the rating used for the Tournament no matter how it changes before the actual day of the Tournament.

This will be a Round Robin Event with Max of Seven Teams per Division, playing minimum of 5 games, with the Top 4 Teams from those games advancing to Medal Rounds.

Top 3 Teams will receive Medals based on their performance in medal 🥉 rounds.

We’ve created divisions age groups of 49 & Down, 50 and Up and 65+ to match up with skill levels of 3.0 – 3.5 – 4.0 and 4.5 & Up.

Simply put, we have a division for everyone!

The date and time for each Division is posted, so you can plan your day accordingly. REMEMBER to arrive at least 30 minutes before your division START TIME, to check in and warm up.

There is a $5.00 registration discount for Groveport Pickleball Club members, with the discount code listed on Groveport Pickleball Club site. Be advised that you need the code and YOUR membership number to use the code when registering. Once registration is closed, we will remove the discount for anyone that doesn't have a valid membership or shared their membership with another to use. This may lead to your removal from Tournament in the event the false discount is not repaid.

Remember to arrive 30 minutes before your division start time! Parking available at the Groveport Rec Center parking lot by the Pickleball Courts.

Refunds will be granted (minus STRIPE fees) until June 28th, 2025, and issued Tuesday, July 8th, 2025, after the event is completed.

This is an outdoor event, and we can't predict the weather. We will do everything in our power to conduct the tournament to the fullest extent, but it is our discretion to shorten, eliminate, or alter events in order to serve the most participants. We have outside lighting, so in the event of a weather delay, we can run late into the evening in order to complete the tournament.

Being an outdoor Tournament, plan of brining enough water to keep you hydrated and sunscreen too.

You must be in such condition to play minimum of 6 games to 15 points, with only 3-time outs during a game of one minute each.

Our goal is to only have a 3-minute break between each game to keep Tournament moving, so be advised.
