Registration for the tournament is open now and will close at midnight on April 20, 2025 (EXTENDED DEADLINE).

All registered players must have a (no-cost) pickleballbrackets.com account. IMPORTANT: PLAYERS MUST CONFIRM THE ACCURACY OF THEIR EMAIL ADDRESSES AND MOBILE PHONE NUMBERS, AS EMAIL AND TEXT WILL BE THE PRIMARY METHODS FOR COMMUNICATING WITH PLAYERS BEFORE AND DURING THE TOURNAMENT.

All play will be Round Robin, with specific bracket and match formats determined by the number of teams in the bracket. Bracket details and draws will be posted no later than 7 days prior to the tournament start (although subsequent changes are possible due to late player withdrawals).

- Bracket minimum: 4 teams

- Bracket maximum: 16 teams

- Brackets may be combined or split by the Tournament Director as needed to create reasonably sized brackets

Age Groups:

- Youth: 14 - 18

- Adult: 19+, 30+, 40+

- Senior: 50-90+ with 5-year age increments

Skill Levels: 3.0,3.5,4.0,4,5,5.0+

Skill level will be determined by DUPR rating, with self-ratings used only if no DUPR ratings are available. If a player is concerned about the accuracy of their DUPR ratings, please contact the DUPR support team for assistance prior to the close of registration.

- Early bird registration (before 03/15/25) - $35.00

For out-of-town players and guests, special lodging rates have been negotiated for two of Mesquite Gaming's properties: the Virgin River Casino and the Casa Blanca Resort and Casino. These rates are not available to the general public and are offered to registered players and their guests. To secure these rates you must follow these instructions:

Refund requests will be accepted for any reason until close of official registration. Refunds are subject to a $15 administration fee.

After close of official registration, refunds will only be available (without administrative fee) for:

- teams on waitlist who are not cleared to play

- Players seeking partners who do not find a partner prior to the start of the event

- Players whose event is cancelled by the organizer due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances

- Players who register for brackets which do not achieve the minimum required size

Note: Players whose partners cancel on them after the close of registration are not eligible for refunds.

Players will receive timely email or text updates as required if weather conditions during the tournament pose a potential threat to the play schedules.
