The 2025 Queensland Pickleball Tour Brisbane is a series of 7 events played in Queensland. The series will offer 19+, 35+ 50+ and 60+ Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles events.

Players can play one singles; one doubles and one mixed doubles event at each tournament.

Please note: Some single events may be played on Thursday 20th March 5pm night depending on draw sizes. Entrants will be notified in advance.

Round Robin with Playoffs:

4 teams: Single Round Robin with Playoffs for top four teams.

5 teams: Single Round Robin with Playoffs for top four teams.

6 teams: Single Round Robin with Playoffs for top four teams.

7 teams: Single Round Robin with Playoffs for top four teams.

8 teams: 2 pools of 4. Single Round Robin with Playoffs for top two teams from each pool.

9 teams: 1 pool of 4, 1 pool of 5. Single Round Robin with Playoffs for top two teams from each pool.

10 teams: 2 pools of 5. Single Round Robin with Playoffs for top two teams from each pool.

11 teams: 1 pool of 5, 1 pool of 6. Single Round Robin with Playoffs for top two teams from each pool.

12 teams: 2 pools of 6. Single Round Robin with Playoffs for top two teams from each pool.

Pool Play: 1 game to 15, win by 2 or 1 game to 11 win by 2

Playoffs: 1 game to 15, win by 2

Bronze Medal Match: 2/3 games to 11, win by 2

Gold Medal Match: 2/3 games to 11, win by 2

*Events to be combined if there are less than 4 teams in Doubles or less than 4 players in Singles. Tournament organizers possess the right to combine events based on either skill or age to provide the best overall playing experience, given the circumstances.

Ranking points accrued in all 3.5+ and Open events

Gold 100pts

Silver 80pts

Bronze 70pts

4th 60pts

Losing quarterfinalists 40pts

Losing round of 16 20pts

Round robin match win, 3pts

Participation with no win 1pts each game

Any players or teams on points tied will be decided using points differentials.

The top three players in each division across singles, doubles and mixed doubles will be announced and crowned at the end of the year.

DIRECTOR'S DISCRETION

The tournament director reserves the right to:

- review, and possibly alter the rating of players who self-rate below or above their actual ability.

- move players and teams between skill level brackets if on verification the wrong event has been entered.

- merge or split brackets based on event registration. Any event with fewer than 4 entries will be combined with another event of closest possible standard.

- change start times to facilitate smooth running of the tournament

- The tournament director reserves the right to modify the events and/or schedule as needed.

Refunds will be provided no questions asked up to the close of registration (minus stripe fees).

After registration closes provision of medical certificate will ensure a full refund minus the stripe transaction and $7.00 admin service charges.

General withdrawal after the close of registration will result in a $40 administration fee

Once draws and times are published (3 days prior to tournament commencing), NO refund will be given, except when a medical certificate can be provided as above.

If the event needs to be cancelled due to bad weather no refunds will be given.
